Even James Bond’s dry martini seems a little flat when compared to this version, with the added sparkle of Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut Cava. Don’t have a dry martini already mixed? No problem. Grab a handsome bottle of gin and pour 1 2/3 ounces into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add 1/3 ounce of vermouth, then do your thing, shake it up, and follow the recipe from there. This unique combination of Freixenet Cava with a dry martini, and the addition of brown sugar and lemon, is a world apart from Mr. Bond’s usual choice. - Brown Sugar
- Lemon and Olive
Refresh the dry martini in a mixer with ice, pour it into a glass and fill with Cordon Negro Brut Cava. Add the brown sugar and garnish with lemon and olive.
